Destinies
Humans, Tainted and Risen Player Characters must chose a destiny. If the character has Divine or Infernal Magick this will make a difference to the God that they worship. Every Fae is a member of one of the five courts. Every Naturae’s’ inner spirit is based on one of the Four Natural Elements of the world – Air, Rock, Water and Wood.
Shadowkith and Yo’Tan do not choose a destiny, a court or an element
Details of the Gods, Courts and Elements can be found in the World Book.
Destinies of Man
Humans (and by extension Tainted and Risen) of note are born under a divine portent. This shows itself by a Sign that is seen in the sky when they are born. This sign means that they have a spiritual link to one of the first seven Calinthean Gods.
This will have little in game effect unless the caster is involved in Divine or Infernal Magicks. If so, their Destiny will affect the visions or blessings they may receive. It will also determine their response to certain Infernal Bargains. The Destiny is not related or specific to kingdom
